Don't know either, at first I thought it was 10 fathoms, but that is only 60 feet. Just BP's designation, I guess. Like "Project X"... I don't know. I wouldn't even care if it was on my wrist. I'd probably make up some story... "Oh, this is the 10th one they ever made", you know.
For everyone else's info. The "5" Scale at 10-11:00 is for 5 minute decompressions. And then of course, the 2 scales for depth - all mechanical. Then that gorgeous sapphire bezel!
