Since my girls couldn't make Thanksgiving, I have a surfeit of food on hand.
I just started a brine for a six lb. roaster chicken. I'll brine it overnight for tomorrow.
There will be dressing, tons of asparagus with a cheese sauce, cranberry relish, and I'm going to make a couple of pear/cranberry tarts.
Got to make a few loaves of cranberry orange bread, too.
I'll get pictures as it goes.
Old picture, same thing. Made from scratch Jamaican Patties filled with chicken and ackee.
Mrs O has some ladies round for dinner tonight so it falls to me to cook for them.

2x spinach and pine nut (1 half eaten by the kids )
