A while ago I bought some rose coco (borlotti) beans, and found them very dull in the recipe I bunged them in. Now I've a slow cooker I'm wondering if I might have another go with them. Anyone know how to make them more fun? Unlike haricot beans, they stay quite crunchy when cooked. Wondering how to use that to advantage

Just saw this on Reddit, apparently served in a British restaurant (although no real evidence for that)

Cold and rainy today so I pulled some homemade turkey stock out of the freezer, added some veg and some spinach and turkey meatballs, baked some bread and off to the races.
