These pork chops turned out so well that they didn't need sauce

Sauce recipe

2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons ketchup
1 teaspoon course ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Yes, I sauced the chops before tasting, but the sentence prior to the one you quote I bemoaned that choice.

I made my normal pork sauce (recipe below) but I wish I didn't....
