More correctly- In addition to the normal...
Well here's dinner. Smoked pork chops with sautéed snap peas. I made my normal pork sauce (recipe below) but I wish I didn't. These pork chops turned out so well that they didn't need sauce (take that Geoff).
I told my wife, "This is the definition of BBQ. Good meat should speak for itself." To which she replied, "Well that's YOUR definition of good BBQ. Who's to say everyone agrees with you...?"

Chris:
I agree. There can be a place for sauce. The beef I smoked for my wife is intended for sauce, but you can ruin a good piece of meat, even with a good sauce.
It's scones (which I think may be different from what you call scones - small heavy dryish cakes) served with butter, jam (usually strawberry) and whipped or clotted cream and with a pot of tea. You have to have all of those components as the combination of tastes is amazing, the dry tang of the scones, the saltiness of the butter, the sweetness of the jam and the flat creaminess of the cream. Amazing.
Can also be served with sandwiches up front.
