Nah - you sieve off some of the stock and cream sauce and serve it. Custard just wouldn't work I don't think...

My son has invented a new delicacy: potato hot dogs. Cook a jacket potato, eat the inside with cheese, then use the skin as a roll for your frankfurter. Superb.
