    It's really very good.
    Practically microscopic amounts of chocolate and red pepper.
    It's one of those things that people taste, like, and can't quite place what it is.

    I'm thinking it might be good drizzled on bacon.

    Nah - you sieve off some of the stock and cream sauce and serve it. Custard just wouldn't work I don't think...

    My son has invented a new delicacy: potato hot dogs. Cook a jacket potato, eat the inside with cheese, then use the skin as a roll for your frankfurter. Superb.
