    Ah, but they do give you a butter knife for your peas!
    The jugs contained the all-important sauces - peppercorn for the steak and what was probably pig fat, and minced chorizo (deffo the latter, not sure about the former) for the pork, without which both would have been a bit bland, I tend to find. But with it - and plenty of it - they were excellent.

    The peas on the side were served with bacon which, in my opinion is how they should be.
