No, you just don't come across as someone who likes processed food

    Hash browns are moderately unprocessed.

PS and disdaining processed food is a dead giveaway as an indicator of a certain socioeconomic caste

I might substitute relatively for moderately.
Personally I love a McDonald's breakfast, but I'd definitely have a Sausage and Egg McMuffin to complement the hash brown.

    Perhaps, seemingly unprocessed?

Since I've been out for a bit let me catch up on a couple things.

    Raw fish - yay!

    McDonald's - ewww

Socio-economic status and ones desire/acceptance of processed and cheap foods vis-a-vis affordability - meh...

Anyway, I went over to my bosses for burgers etc... last night so I was going to bring over snacks/appetizers. I've never made burnt ends before so I decided to try some. Started with country style ribs made from pork shoulder as they would cook faster and I didn't have to start at 4 in the morning. So I rubbed them down and smoked them with an apple/mesquite mixture. No pics of these, sorry. To make sure they were firm enough to cut I pulled them when they got to around 170 and cubed them. Into a pan with more rub and some homemade BBQ sauce (as I don't use a lot of BBQ sauce on my meat I'm still working on this recipe).

While the ribs were cooking I was working on some bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños. Blend some cream cheese, cheddar and mozzarella, fill a halved jalapeño and wrap it in bacon.

Next try to fit it all on the egg.

    Sorry, no after pics.

    Why not?
A volatile mixture in the egg?
