    Also for tomorrow, an experiment I will call Red-Eyed Peas. Locally sourced black-eyed peas with several bottles of beer, tomatoes, molasses, onions, a bunch of spices and a lot of real ham. I cooked the ham with the peas 'til tender, took it off the bone, shredded it and put it back in.

    In North America we differentiate between the plant, cilantro, and the seed, coriander. I believe cilantro is Spanish so we got the term from the Mexicans.
