Raza, do you get to Kennett Sq.?
There's a restaurant there that serves wild game, Blue Moon/Full Moon or something like that, I think.

I never got to eat there. Kennett wasn't quite upscale yet when I lived in the area. It was mostly small sub shops, average Italian and Mexican restraunts.

I've never actually been out that way. Near it, but not actually there. My friend's in-laws live there. Mushroom capital of the United States.

I'll check that place out though.

Tri tip smoked low and slow. Homemade baked beans with bacon. Corn. Salad.
Regular fare, but damn good. Oh, and a new sloppy n spicy sauce, reduced to sexy goodness.

Oh, I forgot to mention....that place I went to on Sunday, Russet...they do house-made sodas. I had a strawberry soda that knocked my socks off. Figuratively.

Anyway, this is what I made for dinner last night. Bison NY strip steak with vegetable thin spaghetti (made with 25% zucchini and spinach puree, apparently), and green beans. Spaghetti was done with olive oil and a bit of balsamic.

No sauce for what? The steak? I don't usually use a sauce on steak. For the pasta, it was tossed in olive oil and balsamic, so it's a very light sauce.

You mean you like to ruin your steak... Kidding!!!

But seriously, a well cooked steak needs no sauce. I still sometimes like to add a sauce just to mix it up, usually when I'm at a restaurant because I find I prefer the steaks I grill at home to any restaurant steak I've had (except that long bone wagyu ribeye I had at Del Frescos). I usually go for a wine reduction sauce.
