The neck continues to improve. Still some residual issues from the bone spurs, but much better. I have been slowly increasing weights and if I can start pressing again I might compete in August. This was a final set from a workout this week.

Did some pulls yesterday. 455 for a triple felt easy. Slowly working my way back into the 500s. Followed it up with farmer's walks with two 175lb DBs. Traps and neck feel great today, no numbness in hands, no pain.

They can vary from a couple of pounds and up with most being in the 5-20 pound range depending.

I have seen some 30 pounders before, but those look too heavy to have much of a range of motion.

I like using them but still prefer kettle bells.

30 minutes on a bike in a school parking lot. I came home when I thought there was a slight chance I might pull a calf muscle.

I've been off the gym for 3 weeks, maybe 4 - I forget - with a slightly bad ankle and shoulder. So I took up golf and went fishing the other day. Not exactly fitness, but better than nothing...

That's certainly proving to be the case - Was taking me around 30 minutes to begin with; I do the trip in 20, now - Half the time it takes on the bus
