Mexican food being my favorite, Italian is a close second. Had lunch today at a chain, Bravo Cucina Italiana. An entirely acceptable Lasagna, really hit the spot. A combination of Alfredo and meat sauce. Yummy!

Well, I am thoroughly confused (and obviously Sushi ignorant). I thought Sushi ALWAYS implied fish.. which I can't stand. This OTOH, looks positively delectable! Bacon, beef and cheese, three of my very favorite foods! Going to have to try this one soon.

Homemade spaghetti sauce for this week that has been simmering for five hours.

Couldn`t be bothered to make this look pretty, but it was delicious:
Ponzu glazed salmon with avocado crema and green tea rice with stir fried choy, mushrooms and the last of the garden asparagus.
All of that sounds delicious.
