    Thanks. Normally I lean toward the "more meat is better" side, but this turned out great.

    Polenta is a great foundation for a number of good entrees.

    I love meat, but I also love veggie food. Basically I just love food. Except tinned tuna.

    Tinned tuna is mostly dolphin anyway...... and I agree, too tinny.....!

    I think it was red wine?

    EDIT: Malvira Langhe Nebbiolo 2010. It was pretty tannic. I'd had about 12 pints before I drank it though so I can't say I noticed much about it.

    Ha! Glad it's deemed passable 😉 My BIL is a bit of a snob and rarely spends less than 30 quid on a bottle buy he seemed to like it which is good.

    Nebbiolo is one of my favorite grapes, but it's very distinctive so it's not what I'm reaching for all the time.
