    Humous sweetened with honey, spread on toasted pitta bread. A smear of caramelised onion chutney, and stir fried asparagus with balsamic. Sweet, sour, delicious.....

    Roasted red and green peppers, cherry and sun dried tomatoes, summer squash and caramelized onions in a reduced Spanish brown sauce on a bed of parmesan cheese infused polenta.
