High West's Rendezvous Rye, which is a blend of their 6 year old 95% rye and their 15 year old 80% rye.
Spicy, dry with under notes of caramel and molasses and a verrry long finish. When I first acquired this I found it interesting, but with familiarity I have grown to quite like it.
My wife is a huge fan of bourbon's ( She is drinking Eagle Rare at the moment) and while I like the drier ones, I prefer a good assertive rye.
