Its a Master Shop model, theres a number of GS models that are only available to a few major AD's (in Japan only). Domo's blue GS is also one.

They are only available from a few AD's, so the production numbers are lower but they are freely available to anyone. I just contacted the AD through Rakuten messaging service which the AD also sells on, but we completed the transaction outside of Rakuten.
