The one (big) issue is that for some reason Swatch watches seem to be way overpriced on Amazon. The Sir Red is £51 whereas the RRP is £38.
What I might end up doing is buying it from the Swatch site and using the Amazon voucher for Christmas presents

Review of the Sir Blue on one site starts: "This sassy Swatch watch was bought as a gift for my 83year old Mum-in-law."

Update: I bought the strap in the end, when it occured to me it would probably work well on a few of my other watches (including my Nomos Club)
I'm off to Cardiff in a week and there's a Swatch store there, so will check out the Sir Red in the flesh

Shop around on ebay for swatches, prices all over the place

The first Help Me Find A Watch thread ends with the purchase of a strap. Disappointing. Also: given that you buy watches when you're trying not to, how come you don't when you're actively trying?!
