    My food is normally the opposite of photogenic - this double layer of splodgy goodness is as good as it's going to get. Top: onion peppers lentils etc etc etc, bottom: basmati cooked with kale

    Thank nokie - it was!

    Actually to be honest it lacked flavour a little - ham hock didn't pack enough punch and too much onion and mushroom sapped the flavours a bit, but it was nice enough.
