Super easy to make - add grounds to cold water then once boiled pour into cups. I use this stuff - seems to be the standard

No sugar if I'm having it with baklava or something else sweet, sugar on its own sometimes (unusually for me, I never take sugar with any other coffee).

You can get electric makers but I like the simple copper stove top hobs
