    I think it is too thick for a "dressy" watch and it looked that way when I tried one on. Fine for a chrono or diver or pilot but not something that is dressy. IMO.

    Same reason I sold my Perpetual it was too thick for a dressy watch. It is pretty much a problem with most new affordable dress/ dressy watches. The automatic movement makes them too thick and they end up with these big slab sides.
